Hello, Divinely Defined Woman!
Today’s journey on the road to walking in our God-given identity leads us to explore the topic of “Approval.” From today’s chapter we learn that in and of itself, this isn’t a bad word. It can actually be validating at times (especially when it comes from a trusted source), and for the woman who is Divinely Defined, that trusted source is Jesus Christ! Knowing that we are approved by the King of Kings and Lord of Lords should take our confidence level through the roof! If He says we are blessed, then we are blessed! If He says we can do all things through Him, then we most certainly can do ALL things through Him!
With that said, who (other than Christ Jesus), or what have you given the power to approve you? Who are you waiting for approval from before you will feel that you are okay? Who are you seeking to validate the gifts and talents that lie within you before you will start using them to glorify God? What if you find yourself in a situation where you have no one’s approval BUT God’s? Would that be enough for you? It’s so important for you to believe that God has already approved you, and that there truly is no need to seek it elsewhere!
Remember who you are: A Divinely Defined woman whose approval is found in Christ and Him alone!
God Bless You!
