Hello, Divinely Defined Woman!
Today’s journey on the road to walking in our God-given identity leads us to explore the topic of “Redemption.” From today’s reading we learned that our lives were “purchased” and saved by Christ’s selfless act of dying on the cross. This act of redemption means that you and I don’t have to work feverishly to do enough “good works” that will clear us of the charges that ultimately make us a slave to sin. Jesus did that for us! It is up to you and me to accept this divine gift, AND take advantage of its benefits by confessing when we’ve sinned and fallen short, repenting, and asking to be forgiven! No guilt, no shame, just continued unhindered fellowship with our Redeemer and the Lover of our Souls!
With that said, do you find yourself a slave of a particular sin because you have not realized that you can be redeemed from its hold on your life?
Remember who you are: A Divinely Defined woman whose life has been redeemed by the powerful saving grace of Jesus Christ!
God Bless You!
