Thought for Today
Wednesday, October 22, 2014
Keep your God frequency clear. As you enter this day may you be diligent to take every adverse experience you encounter today to the Lord. Yes, everything from those seemingly small irritants to the larger offenses that are more difficult to ignore—they all have the ability to clog the open lines of communication that allow you to hear from and experience all that God has purposed for you in this day.
“Be not quick in your spirit to become angry, for anger lodges in the heart[a] of fools.” Ecclesiastes 7:9
“My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.” (James 1: 19-20)
